The Painful Chinese (2019 Nobel Prize Winner for Literature)

About This Novel
Works by Peter Handke, winner of the 2019 Nobel Prize for Literature. "The Painful Chinese" collects four of Handke's works, including the novel "The Painful Chinese" and three travelogues, namely "The Dreamer Farewell to the Ninth Kingdom", "A Winter Journey to the Danube, Sava, Morava and Drina Rivers or Justice for Serbia" and "A Summer Supplement to a Winter Journey". In "The Painful Chinese", as a mysterious stranger who appears in the protagonist's dream, the "Painful Chinese" has repeatedly become a metaphor for the protagonist's efforts to overcome his inner pain; the three observations and travel notes mark a new creative period for Handke, and also reflect his fearless justice and conscience in the face of the violent political turmoil in Europe.

Does this have anything to do with the Chinese?
writer of sensational headlines
Although I haven't read the book, I have a feeling when I see this name - the author of this Nobel Prize in Literature is very speculative! Regardless of its content, as a foreigner with such an unfriendly name... Tsk, tsk, tsk, do you still have the heart of a scholar?
Brother, to be honest, your name is very talkative. The article is not bad. It is really a gorgeous article, but can you please divide it into a few more paragraphs? Are you writing an essay? It's also divided into long sections😒It's not interesting to watch at all, it looks like an old lady's foot-binding cloth, smelly and long
Nobel Prize?
It's really unique😐 Just write an article and please don't bring our great motherland with you! Do you dare to write about the dark exploitation of your own country?
I always feel that it should be translated as Chinese people in pain...
I hope everyone will not take things superficially
If you read it, you should know that this book has nothing to do with China.
A foreigner wrote that China won an award. Alas, it looks like we are good at cooking.
The Nobel Prize in Literature is becoming increasingly less valuable.
Foreigners are born to be swordsmen and humans!
Check it out in the comments!
