In 1931, Mr. Feng Zikai's first collection of essays, "Yuanyuantang Essays", was published in Kaiming Bookstore. Since then, the "Yuan Yuantang" series of works have become cultural symbols representing his profound prose accomplishments. "Yuan Yuantang Essays", "Yuan Yuantang Re-writing", "Yuan Yuantang Continuation" and "Yuan Yuantang New Writings" have also become important prose collections in Feng Zikai's life.
