About This Novel
Emily, an Olympic gymnast, accidentally fell off the balance beam at the peak of her career and was paralyzed; Aretha, a policewoman who relied on herself as strong, suffered a mental collapse when her daughter died in an accident; Daniel, a lonely advertising child star, had no friends, and his parents only cared about money; Napoleon, an inspirational master who was responsible for saving others, had a successful career, a wife who loved him deeply, and a son who was about to be born. All four are convinced that their fate has reached rock bottom and want to end their painful lives.
