About This Novel
There is a large rock in Poyang Lake two or three kilometers away from Lushan City (formerly Xingzi County). The poet called it Luo Xing Stone and the people called it Luo Xing Dun. The lake bay here is also called Luo Xing Bay because of Luo Xing Dun. There is a small earth hill on the south side of Luo Xing Bay that has not yet been developed. People call it Meteor Dun, also known as Meteor Mountain. Hu Desheng, a poet of the Later Tang Dynasty during the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period, wrote a poem on the Luoxing Pier. The first sentence of the poem asked: "Why does this star fall into the sky?" Why did this star come here, and what is the story in it? Luo Xing Dun does have a story, and it has a touching story with Meteor Dune not far from it: In ancient times, at the southern foot of Mount Lu, on this fertile and vast land on the northwest shore of Poyang Lake, there was a tribe, in which a touching and poignant love story happened between a mortal and a fairy in the sky.
