About This Novel
In ancient times, the world was divided into ninety-nine and eighty-one primitive tribes. Among them, the Shennong tribe headed by Emperor Yan was the most powerful. The other tribes obeyed his orders and paid tribute to him. Later, as Emperor Yan aged, the Shennong tribe gradually declined. At the same time, other tribes gradually grew stronger and became more and more disrespectful to Emperor Yan. For their own interests, their disputes with each other have also increased, and the contradictions have become deeper and deeper, causing chaos in the world, constant war, and the people living in dire straits. Seeing this situation, Nuwa sent Xuanyuan to be reincarnated in the Youxiong tribe in order to quell the war and let him unify the world. Unexpectedly, although human beings were created by Nuwa, they have reproduced for many years and have developed their own natural laws. Unexpectedly, a man named Chi You was born to resist Nuwa's interference.

Thoughts after reading
I am originally from the Miao ethnic group, and the education I received since childhood made me think that I was a descendant of the Yan and Huang people. However, I never knew about Chi You, the ancestor of our Miao ethnic group. I would like to thank the author for publishing this book. Although I regret the tragic ending of my ancestors, I am also grateful that I am a Miao and have such an ancestor. Nowadays, times have changed, and exchanges and integration of various ethnic groups are advocated. But in my heart, Chi You will always be the ancestor of our Miao people, and Chi You will always be the god.
