The Tough Guy Hammett series is the originator of tough guy detective novels. It is the complete collection of American writer Dashiell Hammett's novels, including "Bloody Harvest", "The Dane Family Trouble", "The Maltese Black Hawk", "The Glass Key" and "The Thin Man". It is the only complete collection of Hammett's novels in simplified Chinese so far. These five novels were written in different periods. They are all promoted as representative works of hard-boiled detective novels and have become the standard for later generations to evaluate the works of other writers.
