About This Novel
Mr. Su's eyesight is not very good and he has difficulty reading newspapers. He wears glasses with high myopia. He holds a round magnifying lens in his hand and reads slowly. A few months ago, London accompanied Mr. Su to see an ophthalmologist. The doctor noticed Mr. Su's concern and comforted him by saying, "Your eyes are not as bad as you thought, and you can still use them." As the doctor spoke, he glanced towards London. London looked at the doctor with a hint of complicity, but in his heart he was panicking and worried that Mr. Su's eyes were completely damaged. As Mr. Su's nurse, would he have to act as a crutch? Thinking so, London's heart felt a little gray. Mr. Su was supported by London all the way back home. As soon as he entered the house and changed into slippers, Mr. Su's mood fluctuated a little and said, "I see, the doctor was just trying to comfort me... Just comfort me." London went to work cleaning up the table and coffee table.
