This book is a youth coming-of-age novel. The work reflects the thoughts and work status of contemporary young people through the description of a girl's growth experience from campus to society. Nineteen-year-old girl Xiaomu went to work in a printing factory after graduating from school. Xiaomu was able to handle simple and repetitive tasks with ease. However, the busy interpersonal relationships in the factory made the introverted Xiaomu at a loss as to what to do. After experiencing a series of events such as skills competitions, job adjustments, and personnel changes, Xiaomu has become increasingly mature. After a period of experience, Xiaomu finally adapted to life from campus to society, completing a small change in her life.
