The American police are really ineffective.
After reading it, my biggest feeling is that the FBI generally doesn't care about it until serial cases appear. There are also lawyers. Even if the evidence is conclusive, they will still plead not guilty. The key is that the judge usually accepts it and then commits a crime again.
I read it in one go, the plot is fascinating, I couldn't help but sigh after reading it, it's so scary, the devil is in the world
