About This Novel
Ronnie was meant to be a cruel place. Over the centuries, countless people have tried to tame Ronnie, but ended up leaving their lives there forever. Two brothers, one is mute and the other is his lifelong protector. Year after year, they always visit the same holy place, a place called Roni on the desolate coastline, with a slim but still wanting to hold on to the last glimmer of hope of healing him. The boys were left alone during the long wait. They were unable to resist the treacherous tide that overturned the dike. They saw the end of this old house. ... Many years passed, and Hanni came to the world as a priest as a representative of miracles, while his younger brother thought that he no longer needed to protect him. However, the child's body was discovered. Ronnie will give up its secret one day.
