Falling into a cliché
It looked okay from the beginning. The first encounter between the male and female protagonists felt relatively fresh. However, the subsequent plot started to become cliché, especially when the male protagonist deliberately hugged his ex-girlfriend to test the female protagonist's feelings. He also looked hurt and angry and asked the female protagonist if she loved him. It was a bit disgusting. I don't blame the female protagonist for replying: She loves him!
Awesome, okay? In the past, things were very slow. Cars, horses, and mail were very slow. There was only enough time to love one person in a lifetime. It's really not easy to meet someone you love from the bottom of your heart, someone who loves you to the core. Maybe this novel is too beautiful, but life needs beautiful things to fill up the unhappy reality.
I don't really like the heroine's best friend. The heroine's life is her own, so why should she help choose it.
Very nice, but a bit expensive.
