It is the first strategic military town outside the Great Wall to defend against Tsarist Russia. This is the Hulunbuir City newly established by Heilongjiang General Yamen. The official rank of the garrison envoy is an official with the title of deputy capital commander and a third-rank official. This wilderness is vast, and the grass and sky are connected to the edge. This lush pasture is rarely visited by shepherds. Why? The ground is cold and the sky is cold, and snow falling in June is nothing unusual. The Erut Mongolians once went to this place with abundant water and grass for nomadic herding.
