"Legend of Flavor" is the second part of writer Yuan Taiji's "The Last Royal Chef" series. Following the first series, the talented chef Xu Zhiwei left the capital and came to Shanghai to work hard. "Legend of Flavor" tells the story of Xu Zhiwei after he established himself in Shanghai. From being framed and running away from the capital, to narrowly escaping death and finding his way into Shanghai on his own, and accidentally joining forces with fellow villagers Zhu Shengpeng and Cai Renxin to found Shengxin Pavilion in Shanghai, Xu Zhiwei finally made his mark in Shanghai after many twists and turns.
