About This Novel

Hu Zengguan, editor and reporter, was born in Lianjiang, Fujian Province in 1964. He currently works at the Wuyishan City News Center. After publishing millions of words of various literary works in hundreds of newspapers and periodicals across the country, he started writing novels in 2004. He has published several short and medium-length novels in October, Fujian Literature, Times Literature, Xiamen Literature, Qinghai Lake, Yanhe, etc. Some of his works have been reprinted in "Selected Novellas". He has published a collection of novels "Living More Complicated than a Cockroach" and a collection of essays "Fragments of Sunshine".
