Pessoa's Love
by William Wang
About This Novel
He opened his eyes, and the unchanging roofs and walls were like frozen time. Only the yellow water stains formed by moisture continued to grow, changing from a map of China to a map of Asia. He didn't move, not even a stretch, as if he was tied tightly by invisible ropes. Finally, he moved his fingers, and his hand came to life, like a small animal. He reached out and touched the sheets beside him. There were only empty sheets. It seemed that Amei had already gone to work. But he suddenly became confused, was what happened between him and Amei reality or a dream? He tried his best to recall, analyze, and think about it, but found that he could not confirm this extremely simple thing. He had no choice but to pick up his cell phone from his pillow and found Amei's number, ready to call and ask. If Amei said that she had nothing to do with him, he felt that he would not feel much pain. He had already thought about what to do next.
