About This Novel
During my travels in northern Shaanxi, one of the most tortuous things was the journey to Zichang County. Thinking about it now, it still feels like watching a TV series with ups and downs. It seems that the breath in my throat can't be exhaled. It makes me extremely uncomfortable, but this discomfort is mixed with tension and pleasure. Because there was a communication error with the receptionist, the car that took me to Zichang County that morning could not come. I had to stay in Suide for another day, and the car from Yan'an City took me to Zichang the next day. Sitting on the hard bed of Suide Hotel, I suddenly had a sudden idea and decided to go to Zichang alone. This idea came to me because during those days when I was doing interviews in northern Shaanxi, I always felt that I was causing a lot of trouble to the local reception department, and I felt really bad about it. Now I finally had the chance to stop troubling others, so I immediately thought of leaving on my own.
