"The Sun Never Sets on Home" is Yu Guangzhong's fourth collection of pure prose, with a total of 21 articles. It is a precious creation of his later years. The articles range from a playful sketch "Sandu Fu" which is as short as a few hundred words, to a huge piece "Bridge Across the Golden City" which is more than 10,000 words long. The several travel notes on South Africa, Spain, and Brazil all contain vivid narratives and superb insights. There is also "Have Your Big Head Meeting" which is humorous and random. Stop short articles as soon as they are ready, and stop at the end; long articles can be as full and enjoyable as possible. He continued to write in his later years, firstly because he still felt that life was precious and his mother tongue was the most beautiful, so he could not give up easily; secondly, because enthusiastic critics and readers still loved him wrongly and could not bear to educate him.
