We always talk too much, and then we realize that silence is the best expression!
I used to hear the teacher say: "Reading a good book is like talking to a wise man," but I never understood it. Until today, after I finished reading a book that I felt was helpful, I saw that the postscript was written in 2005, and suddenly I remembered this sentence, and then I had some feelings. The world is bustling with people coming and going, and most people have no time to stop and tell you their stories. And the people I can talk to are only a few friends. Everyone's experience and knowledge are gained from their own experiences, intertwined with conversations with friends, and are very rare. But by reading, you will find a life that is completely different from your own but extremely exciting. Even luckier, you will find the "people" who understand you. Across the infinite distance of time and space, you will meet mentors and friends one after another. PS: It's such an amazing feeling to think that the person who touches you and feels the same way as you is actually a person from more than ten years ago!
