About This Novel
Volumes 1 and 2 of this book mainly focus on diet therapy, diet preparation, and dietary taboos, and list 15 major categories such as health care and taboos, rare and exotic delicacies, various decoctions, food for gods, and diet therapy for various diseases. Volume 3 contains about 200 kinds of food and medicinal herbs, with illustrations, one by one introducing the nature, flavor, and main treatments.
