About This Novel
"Three Hundred Yuan Operas" was originally compiled by Mr. Ren Ne in Nanjing. In 1943, he collaborated with Mr. Lu Qian to add and delete the original poems and publish it, still titled "Three Hundred Yuan Operas". "Three Hundred Yuan Songs" has become another classic anthology representing the achievements of ancient Chinese literature after "Three Hundred Tang Poems" and "Three Hundred Song Ci Poems". This selection and compilation of "Three Hundred Yuan Operas" by Ren Ne and Lu Qian and other popular editions have been compiled, and 71 named authors have been selected, with a total of 361 works (excluding appendices at the end of the chapter); 33 works are by unknown persons. The book contains a total of 394 Yuan songs. The appendix at the end of the chapter adds 205 Yuan songs, making the book a total of 599 Yuan songs.
