Psychological Detective: Me and the Fbi's Psychological Profiling (original Work of the American Tv Series "mindhunter")

About This Novel
"The Mind-Reading Detective - FBI Psychological Profiling" is a memoir by a former FBI agent. This book introduces the author's experience of growing up from an FBI rookie to a generation of detectives. The book not only reviews the author's FBI work experience, but also introduces in detail the numerous famous major cases in American history that he has handled. Many complicated and confusing tragedies, once in the hands of the author, become as if they have scientific attributes. What kind of effect comes from what kind of cause. Through accurate psychological analysis, observation and induction of the crime scene and the modus operandi, the author can quickly and accurately outline the basic characteristics of the criminal. The author can accurately predict the suspect's race (black, white), age, education level, physical defects (such as stuttering, physical disabilities), family situation, the suspect's special hobbies (for example, he likes to drive a car similar to a police car), and the motive for committing a crime. Once the suspect's information is outlined, the author and the police immediately set a trap to trap the criminal, thereby catching the cunning and brutal serial killer. All of this, under the influence of the magic wand of mind-reading, went smoothly.

OK
Hahahaha, it's still ok, recommended
I only read the first chapter, but this is what I want to say
I have read a lot of books of this type, and Douglas is involved in many cases. The authors only focus on describing how experienced Douglas is, how clever he is, and how clear he is. This is certainly worthy of Chen's praise, because it can make people understand how important the understanding and research of criminal psychology is in solving crimes. I know how difficult it was during those budding years of criminal psychology. After reading a similar book, I also commented that Mr. Douglas was really hard-working, but I didn't expect it to be so hard and so stressful, not only from the troubles, but also from society and myself. I couldn't talk to my closest relatives about many things, which was too disappointing. There are also many misunderstandings from the outside world. As for me, a descendant, I can only praise him feebly. He is really worthy of admiration.
Finished reading!
I regret not reading this book first, because it is narrated by Douglas, a person who has personally participated in the case, so many details will be more consistent with the facts. However, it is not too late to read it now. I also watched the drama and many of the prisoners in it. For example, the one who is willing to break, and the one who is Manson, the images are super restored and can be seen more intuitively. In fact, many perverted serial murderers look normal on the surface, or they are normal at ordinary times, but when faced with certain things, their inner beasts will break through the cage. We ordinary people cannot be deeply involved in this kind of case like these experts, but if we really encounter this kind of thing around us, we should stay calm and provide clues as much as possible, which may sometimes be of great help in solving the case. Or restrain yourself (see a doctor if you have mental illness) and don't regret it after tragedy strikes.
