Zeng Guangxian regretted every step he took, and regret became his life state. "Regrets" is one of the writer Dongxi's masterpieces. The novel uses Zeng Guangxian's growth as a clue to create an absurd and humorous reading atmosphere, showing the tears and laughter, crying and sadness of a generation's life. "Regrets" won the "Beijing News" 2005 Good Book Literary Book Award. The author won the "2005 Novelist" award at the 4th Chinese Media Festival for this book.
