About This Novel

Wang Fuzhi was an outstanding thinker and philosopher in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. In his later years, he lived in seclusion in Shichuanshan, which is shaped like a stubborn rock. The academic school in which later generations studied his thoughts was called "Chuanshan Studies." This book uses time as a clue to provide a comprehensive introduction to the study of Chuanshan's literary thought in the 20th century from the perspectives of literature, poetry, aesthetics, etc., Summarizes the existing results and experiences, and also discovers problems that need to be further solved, so as to promote the prosperity and development of "Chuanshan Studies" research.
