About This Novel
Nalan Xingde, a famous poet in the early Qing Dynasty, is known as one of the "three great poets of Qing Dynasty" together with Zhu Yizun and Chen Weisong. The complete collection is divided into four volumes, the first and second volumes are composed of words: in addition to the three hundred ques of "Tongzhitang Collection", an additional 49 ques are added, and an article of "The Biography of Nalan Chengde" (Nalan Xingde, formerly known as Chengde) is attached.

Homesick dreams, sleepless soul.
In Nalan's poems, there is the endless misery of wanting to talk but not wanting to say anything, the sadness of looking at the end of the tall building, and the boundless melancholy of the falling flowers in the water and the end of spring. He lamented that "the duckweeds of half a lifetime were lost in the water, and the famous flowers were buried in a night of cold rain"; he complained that "if you stay close to the small corridor, the setting sun is infinite in the mountains"; he was so sad that "the heart was broken several times, and the wind shook the bells protecting the flowers"; he was wandering and helpless, "the soul is like a willow cotton blowing to pieces, wandering around the end of the world". It's windy and snowy at the frontier, it's raining at night in the cold light, Nalan Rongruo, I'm waiting for you.
