About This Novel

"Two Billion Light Years of Loneliness" is divided into six parts: The Promise of the World, The End of Spring, The Day the Bird Disappears from the Sky, The Placenta of Language, The Sorrowful Angel, and the Language of If. Mr. Tanigawa and his close translator Mr. Tahara jointly selected 120 poems (17 of which were new works released for the first time) that have relatively high artistic achievements and are most widely circulated. The author uses his poems containing superb skills and amazing imagination to sing a long and pure love song to the world.

rest in poetry

Tanigawa Shuntaro is a very famous poet. This is said to be his maiden collection of poems, published when he was twenty-one. His poems are rich in imagery and complex in content, so they can be interpreted in many ways. However, due to personal limitations, I can't understand a lot of it; there are also some parts that I can't understand but I still think it's very good and interesting to read, so I'll share a few pictures here. (The second and third photos are connected together.) There are also a few songs such as "Sky" and "My Essay on Women" that are quite interesting. The current formatting of the electronic version is not very good. One poem is followed directly by another without blank lines and paragraphs, which is quite crowded. But overall it's okay. I read poetry in my spare time, rest in the poetry, and flourish in the poetry.

Feelings and Heart

What is written is feelings, and what comes from the heart is nostalgia. His language is not left-handed, and his words and sentences are very euphemistic. He has the courage to express his unique ideas. He is romantic, he is profound. He is a truly rare poet.
