Injured Air
About This Novel
"Silent Classics: Injured Air" not only includes dozens of Reverdi's poems from various periods, but also famous prose poems such as "My Logbook". Reverdy was a pioneer of French Surrealism. The delicacy of the outer shell of the poem and the erraticness of the poetic connotation constitute the most significant features of Reverdi's entire poetry. He devoted his life unconditionally to poetry, just because he wanted to find a new way to let himself enter the darker place of life, and use the hand that pushed death out of the body to explore all the inner mysteries of the small self.

breath of poetry
Reading Leverdi requires a sensitive heart for objects and details, a sense of tranquility, and even a sense of loneliness. He is a lonely and determined explorer. There is a timeless modernity in his poetry. He seemed to have retreated into seclusion near Solem Monastery, but in fact he had retreated into the silence of his own heart. The heart is the residence of the breath of poetry, and silence helps one realize the mystery of life itself: both the amazing details and the shocking nothingness.
