About This Novel

"Yuan Kuocheng Talks about the Three Kingdoms" is the first volume in the series of "Yuan Kuocheng's Commentary Collection". This book tells the story of the Yellow Turban Rebellion at the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, which led to great chaos in the world and the separation of princes. Dong Zhuo deposed the young emperor, supported Emperor Xian, and took sole charge of the government. Cao Cao defeated Yuan Shao and unified the north. Liu Bei visited the thatched cottage three times and finally got Zhuge Liang to help him, so he joined forces with Sun Quan of Soochow to form a three-part world. In order to regain Jingzhou, Sun Quan formed an alliance with Cao Cao. Zhuge Liang went out to pray in the mountains six times to regain the Central Plains, but unfortunately he died of illness in Wuzhangyuan. The later master was weak and incompetent, and was eventually destroyed by the Sima family. The Western Jin Dynasty destroyed Wu and the three kingdoms were unified. I would like to use this book to commemorate Mr. Yuan Kuocheng, who devoted his whole life to the art of storytelling, and to the fans and enthusiasts who like Mr. Yuan Kuocheng and love storytelling folk art.
