About This Novel

This series is a collection of essays about the relationships between literature, landscape and community. Using literature as the starting point, it tells the interactive relationship between people, places and things in the 18 districts of Hong Kong. It not only involves Hong Kong literary writers and their works, but also develops in a general and multi-faceted direction. Use the local scenery, people, scenery or stories as themes to highlight or shape the style and characteristics of each district. This book is edited by Professor Fan Shanbiao, Mr. Ma Huihong, and Dr. Zou Zhiyin, and is written by 18 local literary writers including: Chen Dejin, Yuan Zhaochang, Deng Xiaohua, Zhang Wanwen, Zheng Zhengheng, Liu Weitang, Tang Rui, Lu Yongjia, etc. Based on the present, and dialogue with literary writers and their works that have written about the area in the past, to show the depth of history and literature. The main readers of this series are teachers, college students, middle school students and the general public. This series allows readers to take a literary walk, get to know the presence of literary writers in Hong Kong, and appreciate selected works related to Hong Kong. This volume is called "New Territories" and contains nine articles.
