About This Novel
This book is a school-level scientific research project of Beijing Language and Culture University. It is a collection of essays published by Mr. Peng Qingsheng, a famous Chinese expert on Tang Dynasty literature during his lifetime. Peng Qingsheng (1938~2016), professor at Beijing Language and Culture University. He graduated from the Chinese Department of Peking University in July 1961 and graduated from the Chinese Ancient Literature Department of Peking University in July 1965. He studied under Mr. Lin Geng. From July 1965 to August 1973, he served as editor of the Classical Literature Editorial Department of People's Literature Publishing House. From August 1973 to present, he teaches at Beijing Language Institute (later renamed Beijing Language and Culture University and Beijing Language and Culture University).
