About This Novel
The strange creatures in the earth's core, after one hundred thousand years of civilized exploration, finally broke through the barrier of the universe, only to find themselves in another, larger universe! Astronomers studied the movement patterns of the stars, only to find that the starry sky and the human brain work in a surprisingly consistent way! Human scientists are about to discover the ultimate secret of the universe, but are told by alien life that the truth of the universe must be exchanged for their own lives! This book contains the author's many fantastic thoughts on the laws of the universe, and expresses deep respect for those human beings who tirelessly pursue the truth. It's a wonderful story
Sometimes I wonder if I would stand on that altar if it were me. Maybe there are too many questions to ask now. I may not be able to weigh and choose one. But when human civilization develops to a certain height, truth may become extremely respected.
"If you hear the Tao in the morning, you will die in the evening." The core of popular science novels is not simply to popularize scientific knowledge. It is essentially a kind of literature and an art, and its core is to convey a scientific spirit. What impressed me most about the whole novel were the two questions asked by Hawking and Wenwen: What is the purpose of the universe and human existence? My understanding of this part is this: Wan Fang and the risk solver had the same answer: How would I know. Neither of them had thought about it. The inability of risk solvers to answer this question actually reflects that human curiosity is no longer limited to the framework of the universe itself. As the risk solvers say, curiosity is the most critical step in the progress of civilization. In this regard, human civilization has surpassed the civilization of the risk solvers. Wenwen took over the baton from her father, and what she was thinking about was not the nature of the universe, but the purpose of its existence. Therefore, in just a few decades, human thinking has begun to progress. As for Wenwen, her answer is actually the answer to her father's behavior. Now that the meaning of life has been realized, the arrival of death does not matter. Regarding the various characters in the novel, I would like to express my views here. Wan Fang, the relatives and friends of various scientists represent the meaning of existence as an individual: living and experiencing the joy of life, love and family affection, etc., These are all personal emotional experiences. What the leaders of various countries represent is the meaning of existence of human beings: to contribute to human progress and to contribute to the happiness and stability of human society. What scientists represent is the meaning of existence of a new identity, the meaning of existence of beings in the universe: exploring all the unsolved mysteries of the universe, curiosity, desire and even greed for answers to unknown questions. As for which meaning is more noble, the novel has no obvious emotional direction. My personal answer is that there is no distinction between high and low. If I had to choose, I would probably choose the last one.
If you hear the Tao in the morning, you will die in the evening. Purpose of life
Science fantasy is a cross-border conception of the future and the world of supernatural forces. What is accepted and recognized by society is the so-called excellent science fiction work.
It's so awesome. I thought a lot after reading it. Maybe it was a farewell to my childhood dream.
So wonderful
I like this story more than The Wandering Earth
I have to say that the way this family of three gets along is also very unique. There is a sense that every step is on the way to the answer. Maybe this is the real situation of scientific researchers.
Chao Wen Dao's short stories are very good
So, what is the purpose of the universe?
What is the purpose of the universe?
What is the purpose of the universe? Maybe the so-called gods don't even know! But Xu Sanduo has already told us that the purpose of life is to live well!
