About This Novel

Ren Qing's first personal collection of short and medium-length science fiction novels reviews his six-year science fiction creation process starting in 2018. The nine selected works include the famous works "The Lost Circus" and "Resurrection", the sharp style works "Night Circle" and "Orphan White", the mysterious new works "The Fictional Zero", "The End of the End", etc. These stories revolve around themes such as dreams, subconsciousness and artificial intelligence. The writing style is beautiful and profound, and the emotions are delicate and warm. They not only show new and bizarre technological ideas, but also contain keen and profound philosophical thinking.

To be honest, there are only two or three stories in this book that are okay, and the rest are incomprehensible streams of consciousness. The best is The Circus, then The Dream of Yesterday, then The Last Story. I think the other stories are just average. The narrative skills and storytelling abilities are still far behind.
