This book is the first in the "Themis Files" series of novels. On her 11th birthday, Rose Franklin was attracted by a blue-green light and fell into a mysterious giant hand. Seventeen years later, now a physicist, she was invited to perform a top-secret mission to solve the mystery of the giant hand. She worked tacitly with a maverick pilot and a brilliant linguist to decipher the secrets of the mysterious giant. Unexpectedly, a fatal mistake caused the mission to almost fail. The mission was eventually taken over by the "Driver" and the situation gradually spiraled out of control. The novel consists of a series of top-secret documents, with a special form and a full cinematic feel. The pursuit of power, the struggle between countries, and the "death" caused by the pursuit of truth, run through the entire process of finding and solving the mystery of the giant, like a real-world apocalypse.
