It snowed in Chang'an for three days and three nights. The little eunuch hurried into Zilu Palace, panting heavily and said to Luo Zhi, who was lying on the soft couch and sleeping lightly: "Mother, the emperor has passed away! The prince and the manager Wuyan had a dispute, and there was a big fuss in Zhongli Palace. The prince I said that I will kill the steward!" Luo Zhi stood up and ran out of Zilu Palace quickly. The little eunuch shouted from behind: "Mother, you haven't put on your shoes yet!" She ran on the snow with bare feet and didn't feel cold at all. She ran away with her hair loose and her hairpins all over the floor. Her feet were scratched and the bright red blood stained on the white snow looked shocking, but she never stopped because she was afraid that she would be late again.
