by Wang Shiying
About This Novel
Eight-year-old Yan Yin followed her father, King Yi Yan Qihao, to fight in Daliang City of Zhao State. Yan Qihao has been a soldier for most of his life and is a god in military use. This time, Yuan Guo sent him to lead the rear army, which means that he is determined to win this battle. Yan Yin was able to see many things in the military camp that he could not usually see in the palace or Dayuan Capital. He got to know the prince of Zhao who was a hostage, and he also lost someone he cared about. It wasn't until Yan Yin grew up that he realized that the people he met, the things he experienced when he was eight years old, and even the beatings he received, all influenced and changed him later on.
