Unremarkable The plot is like writing a running account
The book is quite good and worth reading. I came from the author's old Zhang family!
As for the writing and storyline, it's just so-so! But what is worth mentioning is the ending. I really didn't expect that the country would be subjugated later. I thought it would be like other novels with a halo reversal or something. I was quite moved when I saw the back part. Anyway, I felt a bit like Chongzhen, who had many lofty ambitions, but felt poor and weak for a long time and unable to turn around. Later on, I felt that the intention was high and the stamina was quite strong after reading it. I really would never have thought that the country would be subjugated...
