综合性医著。三十卷。丹波康赖撰，约于982—984年成书。原书为卷子本，是日本现存最早的医学巨著。日本安政元年（1854）由多纪元坚等校勘纂写刊行，1991年日本影印国宝半月家本、日本医学丛书活字本、仁和寺本影印木以及多纪家田藏本。1955年人民卫生出版社据安政本影印发行。本书辑录整理了我国唐代以前多种医书而成。内容包括医学理论及各科临床。本书辑录整理了我国多种古医书而成。内容以医学理论及各科临床为主。包括药物、针灸孔穴、临床各科病症、养生导引、饮食禁忌、食物本草等方面。还有一些糟粕的部分，如服石、占候、断谷等，需予批判地对待。
