About This Novel

I don't think this is some poor writing. This may seem like another story about a house, but in fact, the most disgusting thing about the fragmented face of this era is the house, and its metaphors. The house is not a symbol of truth. The house is not philosophical. The house is not worth celebrating. Here, I just want to use the mediocre clue of the house to connect some things that happened to the protagonist Kong Guofeng. Some ordinary things, a self-referential world, are actually some events that are both full of glory and full of spiritual dilemmas experienced by a group of young people living in the City of Glory. I very much hope that through the description of these events, I can present to readers their thoughts, judgments and practices about life, life and the ontology of the world, as well as their confusion, anxiety, insecurity, desire and pathology, hypocrisy and absurdity, sin and redemption. In this era that is good at showing off and even better at shielding, I believe that few people have paid attention to them through pure Chinese, let alone reached them...
