About This Novel
Bit by bit, the sound of young people chasing dreams struggling to join their youth; I thought about it for a while, and accompanied my troubled middle-aged parents to read the book with love. This is a father's reading diary. The middle-aged protagonist "I" is laid off by the company and loses his job. He is trapped in a "mid-life crisis" just as his son is entering junior high school. In order to choose a school for my son, I kept running around in anxiety and helplessness. Although he was successful in choosing a school, he was unable to get into a key class as he wished, and his wife was strongly dissatisfied, leaving hidden dangers. After my son entered junior high school, I was caught in the dilemma of "seeking career change" and "accompanying my child to grow up". My transformation was slow but my wife was impatient, my children had problems growing up, the school environment was problematic, and many conflicts made the family crisis-ridden and quarreled. Fortunately, after three years of concerted efforts by the whole family, my son finally entered Fangnan No. 1 Middle School, a key high school of his choice. But I was once again faced with a dilemma. This is also a diary of parents and children growing up together.

book of promises
When we get together with relatives and friends, we often talk about children's education. Every family has its own problems that are difficult to memorize. We discuss, worry and express our emotions together. At that time, I silently agreed in my heart to write a book to record the wonderful time spent reading and growing up with my children. I also hope that everyone can use this book to flash back to the past. "There is nothing new under the sun." I also hope to give some inspiration to friends who are about to enter or are currently at this stage. Thank you for your support!
