The book "Fat Meat" is not very readable, and the story is not strong. It talks over and over again about things like the three-year disaster. Modern people mention it as women, triglycerides, and cholesterol. This is also mentioned in the postscript. Everyone wrote almost the same thing, and it is not interesting for people like me who have not experienced disasters. There are some wonderful articles in the beginning, but it is difficult to explain in the end. There is something written by a primary school student and a few weird photos that are interesting. Alas, after all, not everyone who writes is a writer. The writing style of this book is not perfect. I flipped through many chapters hastily. Braised pork, twice-cooked pork, fried rice with oil residue and lard... In short, it is not a good read. It is barely readable and readable. It is like roasted suckling pig dipped in sugar. I will get tired of it after the second bite and have to vomit it after the third bite.
