About This Novel
This book is composed of three novellas, "Romance", "Ode to Joy" and "Pastoral". The author makes the relationship between men and women so simple that there is only desire. It seems that in every work, the hero and heroine are tortured and painful by this desire. Especially those women at the bottom of society. In "Romance", the old man died in the arms of the heroine. The novel ends abruptly here, but we seem to see the author giving them a deep glance. Those protagonists may be around us, but I only saw them crying, laughing, and living there. Now we also see the joys and sorrows, and feel bitter, sympathetic, tearful, and sentimental about them.
