About This Novel
August 8, 2012 The nursing home where Mary Green works is very close to the house where Edward and Dorethy used to live. When Edward drove to the nursing home, he would inevitably pass by their former "home". After only a few days of neglect, this small building full of life was covered with withering and decay. The ivy on the exterior wall and the roses in the garden looked like they were infected with insect diseases. The leaves were yellowing and the petals were withered, as if winter had come early. Dorece used to care most about these flowers and plants, treating them like pets.
