About This Novel
Scarlett is a beautiful, willful and decisive American southern woman who fell in love with Ashley, the son of another manor owner, but Ashley chose the gentle and kind-hearted Melanie. Scarlett married Melanie's brother Charles out of anger. After the Civil War broke out, Charles went to the front and died in battle. Scarlett met the handsome businessman Rhett, who began to pursue Scarlett, but was rejected by her. The Confederates were defeated and Atlanta was in chaos. Unfortunately, Melanie's pregnancy was approaching, and Scarlett had to stay and take care of her. After the war, Scarlett went to Rhett to borrow money in despair, and met Frank, the upstart who was going to marry her sister. In order to save her home, she seduced Frank into marrying her. Frank was shot dead by the Northern Army due to his anti-government activities, and Scarlett became a widow again...

I really hope that Scarlett can understand Rhett earlier, such a man who truly loves her, and don't let this feeling disappear at every turning point. Maybe sometimes Scarlett and Rhett are just a little bit away from happiness, just a little bit away...
