"Weapons", among which "The Old Man and the Sea" is a masterpiece of Hemingway's unique style. The old man's perseverance, his generosity and kindness, and his full love for boys all symbolize the beautiful character of mankind. The anti-war novel "A Farewell to Arms" published in 1929 had a strong social effect and also brought Hemingway great reputation.

People are not born for failure. A person can be eliminated, but not defeated.
The novel, after reading the synopsis, seems cumbersome.
