About This Novel
"Robinson Crusoe" describes the adventures of the navigator Robinson through a thrilling and tortuous storyline. Robinson was born in a wealthy businessman family. He did not have much ambition since he was a child. He only fell in love with sailing after a sea trip instigated by a friend. He secretly ran away from home many times, experienced pirates, terrible tropical storms and other hardships, and finally encountered a shipwreck during a long sea journey. All the sailors and passengers who were traveling with him were killed. Only Robinson survived and drifted to an uninhabited island alone. On the desert island, he grew his own food, tamed wild animals, made his own bread machine, ceramic tools, and made a canoe. Finally, with his amazing perseverance and courage, tenacious self-protection ability, rich life experience, superhuman wisdom and creative spirit, Robinson finally miraculously returned to his hometown of England after 28 years of living on the island after 35 years of absence.
