About This Novel
I am a post-90s generation who spent my teenage years in a village in a small town in the Central Plains and now live in Guangzhou. As the years go by, the desire to retain some memories of my hometown through words becomes stronger and stronger, so this book is created. This book mainly records a series of rural scenes such as eating places, sleeping on the roof, celebrating the New Year, throwing fire barrels, the March 18th temple fair, the jujube tree outside the courtyard wall, behind the eaves, rural clinics, riding bicycles, going to the market, noodles, fried dough sticks, peanuts, etc. I would like to use this book to preserve the nostalgia of the post-90s generation.
