About This Novel
"Red Collar" is set in the military camp in the early 1970s and mid-1980s. It takes the growth, love, marriage and family of several male and female soldiers as the main line, and strives to express the touching youth years and life course of a generation of soldiers. When we look back on the past, the red collar badge has almost become a symbol of an era. It is not only synonymous with the military camps and soldiers of that era, but also synonymous with the youth and ideals of a generation. Wearing a green military uniform and two red collar badges, walking into the military camp has become the highest ideal of a generation of young people. The red collar badge is also a symbol of spirituality. The society in the 1970s was turbulent and complex. Internal and external troubles, peace but not tranquility, war may come at any time, and soldiers are under tremendous pressure and severe tests all the time.
