"Disqualified" is the most influential novel by the famous Japanese novelist Osamu Dazai. It was published in 1948. It is an autobiographical novel. The delicate autobiography reveals a decadent and destructive final work. Dazai Osamu cleverly hides his life and thoughts in the life experience of the protagonist Ye Zang. Through Ye Zang's monologue, we can get a glimpse into Osamu Dazai's inner world, a "life full of shame." In the same year that this work was published, Osamu Dazai committed suicide.
