About This Novel
Shen Yang, formerly known as Shen Guicai, male, was born in November 1963 in a small village in the mountains of northern Guangxi. He worked as a farmer, went to university and served in the army. In November 1995, he joined Guangxi Daily (now Guangxi Daily Media Group) as chief reporter. In 2001, the article "American Doctors Work "Part-time Jobs" in Nanning" won the third prize of the China Journalism Award. Since 1990, he has published the novel "Realizing Dreams", reportage collections "Names Across Borders" and "Footprints Under Boundary Monuments", etc. In June 2011, the academic monograph "Operating Newspapers in a Buyer's Market" was published.
