About This Novel
One of the "Qianjiang Academic Collection". This manuscript takes the Tang and Song Dynasty narrative prose as the research object, starting from the two aspects of stylistics and cultural studies, sorting out the origin and evolution of the prose style "Ji" that emerged in the Tang and Song Dynasties, exploring its stylistic boundaries and classification, and then examining its evolution process in Chinese. The interactive relationship between genre development and the aesthetic choices of the times; sorting out the interpenetration and clutching relationship between narrative prose and other genres, and determining its position in the value sequence of prose prose in the Tang and Song Dynasties, in order to deeply explore the stylistic characteristics and cultural connotation of narrative prose.
