About This Novel
Writer Liu Yuming (penname Xiao Zhenyun) wrote the horror novel "Dream Stealing", in which the protagonist Dynasty can help people realize their wishes in their dreams. Classmate Lin Jingyu had murderous intentions due to the overlap between the plot of the novel and his own experience (suspecting his girlfriend Jiang Xue of cheating on her, and Jiang Xue turning into a vegetative state to save him), but was killed when she asked for help from the "Dynasty". Liu Yuming tried to rewrite the ending of the novel to save Lin Jingyu, but his dream was stolen by "Dynasty" (whose true identity was the lonely soul who died tragically while saving Jiang Xue), and Dynasty replaced Liu Yuming's identity. In the end, a sinister incident appeared and took the Dynasty away. When Liu Yuming woke up, he saw Lin Jingyu "resurrected", and his mobile phone number was the last number "4444" that caused the dispute that year.
